This product is a good alternative for the classic (French) sparkling wines. This is a very refreshing sparkling wine, very appreciated as aperitif. The residual sugar is still 13 gr/litre, so you will find a gentle sweetness in this wine.
In the nose you can find ripe green fruit. In the mouth you can taste grapefruit, quince and green ripe fruit.
