They represent approximately 10% of the total harvest. They are blended from a mix of wines, all of which have themselves been produced by the individual vinification of white grapes, and which have spent a minimum of 10 years in oak casks prior to bottling. Amber colour with depth. A strong and refined bouquet in the mouth, which is flight and lightly alcoholic with hints of smoke, almond and chocolate, and an excellent final acidity. A medium to long finish. Golden medal on Concours International des Vins. |
