They represent approximately 10% of the total harvest. They are blended from a mix of wines, all of which have themselves been produced by the individual vinification of white grapes, and which have spent a minimum of 10 years in oak casks prior to bottling.
A dark amber colour with a striking nose of nuts, molasses and vanilla. Rounded, smooth, mellifluous and balanced. Pleasant notes of toasted walnuts and caramel. A full bodied wine with a vigorous and lengthy finish. The acidity is well balanced by sweetness. Harmonious.
