For a long time he was enologist at Vina San Pedro, one of the biggest Chilean wine growers. After some time, he took over his traditional family business, modernized it completely and specialized it towards the production of high quality well known international grapes for export. The SANTA VICTORIA Cabernet Sauvignon is a brilliant, intensely coloured, violet wine with hints of plums, cassis, mature red fruit and vanilla aromas. Remarkable smooth tannins with confirmation of red fruit in the mouth. It can he drunk now or can be kept for later. Manual harvest during March.
