This TRIBAUT Brut also contains the quite rare Pinot Meunier grape, besides Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Pinot Meunier gives this champagne a very fine, fruity and full-bodied caracter.
The assembly of the different grape varieties takes place after an extensive tasting and a study of the best possible proportions.
This TRIBAUT has aromas of dry fruit and apricots. The maturation takes place during 36 months in the underground cellars.
Our personal judgement : this champagne is a true jewel.
