The average age of our vines is 40 years, in order to harvest a low yield with high quality. Vines are harvested by hand with an extra selection of grapes. Exceptional vintage, this wine has a power and a concentration never reached. Now 'on the fruit' and with the freshness of young wines it will open after a time on mature and spicy notes.
